If you are a business, here is how you can help:
You can sign up in the business support program to get prepaid shipping boxes sent to your location free of charge. Business supporters simply need to load the boxes and leave them for the next UPS pickup.
If you would like your business listed here as a drop off location, please contact us at info@apeaction.org. We’ll take it from there. That's all you have to do! We will recycle the cartridges and cell phones to earn cash to fund our current projects.
As a nonprofit organization we are constantly trying to find ways to generate income. We’ve discovered a way to supplement our finances to obtain the revenue we need. APe Action is involved in a fund raising Recycling Program! This fundraiser is FREE and simple because there’s nothing to sell, no paperwork to fill out and no deadline. The program runs year-round, accumulating constant income for our efforts. But we won’t get very far without your support.Last year, more than 300 million cartridges were discarded, while 30,000,000 cell phones were tossed or replaced. Our combined efforts will alleviate the volume of waste poured into landfills while collecting the monetary funds required for our organization to function efficiently and smoothly. Your help is vital to our fund raising success.
Preserving and protecting the condition of our planet can be done by conserving energy, saving water, and supporting organic and sustainable farming. Purchasing locally-grown food at farmers markets supports Organic farming and cuts down on transport of food across country. To maintain clean air, water, healthy food, and a flourishing ecosystem we must consciously change our behavior to positively impact the environment. Our daily routine has to be taken into account and the following factors evaluated:
1. The household products we buy
2. The amount of driving we do
3. The type of car we drive
4. The items we recycle
5. The food we buy for dinner
6. The products we use on our lawn and garden
We all have the responsibility to produce a profound effect by making significant changes in the world and provide lasting results.
Over 300 million ink jet cartridges and 30 million cell phones are discarded each year! Most of these items end up in landfills.
Educating the children will help make changes that benefit our world.
